Unable to Invite User. Duplicate



When I’m going through the application process for a developer account, the final step doesnt send a vertification email, and when I click on the option to resend, an error pops up saying 'Unable to Invite User. Duplicate"

Anyone able to sort this out on the backend ?

I used to have a developer account with access to the API before it was changed to the developer portal, could that be related ?
