Unable to get data from API

Usually it works, but now status is Processing for more than 24 hours.

Some jobs a get stuck permanently in processing status. For instance the one with id 865514697835003906.

Have you tryed to DELETE the job and create it again with the same data? In order to see if it’s related to the data you have requested, or if is something different.
