Hi,

Twitter Ad Account Id : 18ce54obfxe

I had created organic tweets, but those tweets are not available under Ads to promote.

Which displays ‘something went wrong’ message.

Previous I had successfully created Campaigns and now I was unable to do it.

Can you please check it once, does my account was able to create campaigns ?

You should change the dropdown box at right top Tweets: Promoted-only to Tweets: Organic.

Thanks for the response.

I do change the Tweets type to ORGANIC. But it still pop up the same message ‘Hmm…something went wrong’. https://ads.twitter.com/tweets_manager/18ce54obfxe/tweets/745907135041642496/ORGANIC

I tried to create new tweets of all types, unfortunately those tweets does not appear here for selection.

Where as through API end point I was able to fetch the tweets based on objective.https://ads-api.twitter.com/5/accounts/18ce54obfxe/scoped_timeline

But those selected tweets are not displaying in Twitter Native Ads management page.

Can you please look into this…

I can’t reproduce it. Are you seeing this issue regardless of the browser type (e.g., Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge)?

It’s working now, able to see tweets in twitter native. At the time I created issue, it was not worked as expected may be some backend server issue.
