Unable to create an application

Hello, i have filled in the application management to create an application i have entered my

Name
Description
Website
Callback URL

After filling in these details i got this message “You application has been created, please take a moment and review adjust your application in settings”

From here i do not know where to go as when i click on my profile picture i get 3 options

sign out

Please help as I’m really confused. Thank you

Then you have to go to the settings and have to check the settings, and then just hit the keys and access tokens and you will able to get the key value. It’s done. Cheers
