Unable to create a Project: You are not eligible for access

We have a verified account with over 900.000 followers, we would like to connect our website with twitter in order to tweet our posts.

For some reason, that is not explained anywhere when I try to create a Project for Twitter API v2 in
https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/products/essential I get a message saying: You are not eligible for access.

Is there a way to correct this? Or at least know why we are not eligible

Does your Elevated tab say the same? You should have received a message to your verified email address with an update on your application and if any more use case details are needed. Please check your email for an email from developer-accounts@twitter.com and reply to that thread if needed.

Yes, the ELEVATED tab shows the same.

I just checked my email looking for any email from developer-accounts@twitter.com and there is none.

Do you know if there is there a way to request a new email or re apply?

You likely need to find the email that we sent you to clarify your use case. This was sent to the email that you verified at the start of the application process. There is no way to change this email address, or reapply at this time.

Finding and replying to the email from developer-accounts@twitter.com is the path forward. If you can’t find it please contact account support here: Developer account support | Twitter Developer Platform

Keep contacting Twitter requesting support.

They send a ticket saying that the problem was resolved, but still locket and unable to use the API.

This is very frustraiting.
