From our platform which used Twitter API, a client is not able to create a Video view campaign.
It seems that there is an error at creation :
[WARNING] sleeping 713 seconds because we cannot make API calls anymore (2017-12-11T19:01:40+01:00)
Can you check on your side if there is an issue with this adaccount?
