Same issue here, tried on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Sometimes the initial page loads, but then it always fails after filling in all the details on the first page of the application. No error message, just a blank page.

Thanks for resolving the issue! Now I can enter the apply page, but i get a plain page when I get to step 3, or this url (https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/petition/academic/project-details)

After filling the academic details, the project details page does not open. It appears blank. This has been a problem for the last few days

Hi, request you to please look into issue of blank project details page which needs to be filled in after academic profile page.

Yeah link goes to https://developer-staging.twitter.com/en/portal/petition/academic/is-it-right-for-you instead of https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/petition/academic/is-it-right-for-you

Hi! I am receiving a HTTP ERROR 404 for Igor’s updated link (developer-staging.twitter…) on multiple browsers. Any chance the URL has changed again? Thanks!

Oh, developer-staging is the wrong one - it should be https://developer.twitter.com/en/portal/petition/academic/is-it-right-for-you instead.
