Unable to add Twitter Card

I’ve added all the required meta tags for the Summary Card on my website www.stuartbreckenridge.com.

The card renders correctly in the validator and displays the following log:

INFO: Page fetched successfully
INFO: 14 metatags were found
INFO: twitter:card = summary tag found
WARN: Not whitelisted

When I attempt to request approval, the response is:

*.stuartbreckenridge.com whitelist request for summary card was rejected 4 minutes ago

Can someone from Twitter have a look and tell me if there is an issue?

Hi there,

Sorry for the inconvenience. When you try “Request approval again”, does it allow you to re-submit?

I’m thinking it might be a blip in the validator, but lets try this first.

It allowed me to resubmit but was insta-rejected.
