Hi!
We recently received a developer account and I’m inviting various members form our organisation to join the team. Most of the invitations are created and accepted smoothly. Sometimes I get a response that someone’s email settings have to be adjusted. After the adjustment, the invitation and acceptance is successful.
However, for 2 colleagues I consistently get an error “Unable to invite user. User cannot be invited to your team at this time” when I try to invite them. We’ve been looking through all privacy settings, opening up everything, but without success. I found this list of conditions in the FAQ:
Team members @handle can only be added to a dev account if:
1. The @handle is not suspended, protected, muted or blocked by the @handle account admin
2. The @handle must have a verified email address and allow emails
3. The @handle is not a member of any other dev account.
4. The @handle has not applied or been approved for their own dev account
5. If the @handle was invited to join the dev account, but then the invite was revoked, the @handle cannot be re-invited for 24 hours.
But none of these apply to the accounts in question (as far as we know). Is there any way we can see what’s preventing us form adding those accounts?
Kind regards,
Taco Nieuwenhuis
PS You will have noticed that I didn’t share the account names in question. This is for privacy reasons. I’m happy to share them in a private conversation though.
