TwitterKit 3 causes black screen for long time on app launching (Android)

Hi, after changing from fabric’s twitterkit to twitterkit 3, there is big delay when I’m launching my app. After the splash screen there is a black screen for ~8sec, log says this:

W/Twitter: Could not call isLimitAdTrackingEnabled on com.google.android.gms.ads.identifier.AdvertisingIdClient$Info
D/Twitter: Could not get parcel from Google Play Service to capture AdvertisingId
D/Twitter: Could not get parcel from Google Play Service to capture Advertising limitAdTracking
D/Twitter: AdvertisingInfo not present

I’m not using any ads on my app.

EDIT: I tested it, removing twitterkit’s initialization, and the black screen doesn’t appear at all, so is definitely from that.

I changed to the old version 2.3.2 until the problem fixed in TwitterKit v3

Is Google Play Services installed on your device?

Yes, it is.
I don’t have any blackscreen using 2.3.2 version. Only on TwitterKit 3 appears

Can we get an ETA on when this will be fixed? It’s quite a major issue and nobody seems to be indicating when a fix will be released.

Hi! I changed Twitter.initialize(this); to Twitter.initialize(this); new Thread(() -> TweetUi.getInstance()).start(); in my application class. After small tests, looks like it helps. I will update my app with this "fix" for beta users, and I will let You know after couple of days.
