Does Twitter track clickthroughs on their shortened t.co hyperlinks? And if so is it possible to get that data for a given t.co link?

The t.co faq (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/tco-link-wrapper/faq#How_do_I_provide_my_users_with_analytics_about_the_links_they_share_on_Twitter) implies they are tracking/will track things like this, but that it’s not yet exposed through an API :frowning:
