Twitter timeline widget is not showing any tweets

I generated the widget, pasted the code into our website and all I get is a “Tweets by @MenuhinComp”.

What’s wrong?
Do I need to tweak the code to show our tweet timeline proper?
Some instructions had mentioned entering the destination website’s URL but that was no option on the widget creation interface.

We are having a similar problem with a timeline widget not appearing in some installations of Internet Explorer. This page http://www.icwa.org/_twTest1c.htm displays the widget correctly on one computer with IE 10, but not on another (but it does display correctly with Chrome on both computers). On the computer where it does not display the IE console says:

DOCTYPE expected (although there is a Doctype).
