Twitter Timeline Max Width?

In trying to adjust the width of my twitter timeline, i noticed the documentation (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/embedded-timelines) states a maximum width of 520px and the minimum height is 200px.

Why is that? And how come its going full width (at least over 960px) on my site here? Scroll to bottom…: http://www.americares.org/airlift-benefit-2013/#tw

The first line on your code is,

The class sixteen columns is giving your iframe a width of over 1,000 pixels. When you remove this class the entire twitter feed reduces to a smaller size.
