Twitter thumbnail not showing

I am implementing web server now.
I want to show the thumbnail on twitter. but it doesn’t work now

this is my website url.
I already asked this problem so I change my website a little by absorbing previous answers.
I don’t use port 9999, and I use standard port, also I add the twitter card and I add robots,txt like this ( User-agent : * Disallow:) this website allow all server.
How should I do for thumbnail to show up?

You’re using a summary card. So, per the documentation, the thing you’re missing here is an actual twitter:image link.
