Hi,

Twitter suspended our NFT account for the second time. In the first time, the explanation was like a mystery. They said:

This account was suspended for sending multiple unsolicited @replies or mentions. Twitter monitors the use of these features to make sure they’re not abused. Using either feature to post messages to other users in an unsolicited or egregious manner is considered an abuse of its use, which results in account suspension.

As a result of my further investigation, I think I’ve found the real reason which was to use “Money Emoji” as a response to football/soccer related posts which considered as a racist action. :man_facepalming: You can find articles about that. Anyway, twitter unsuspended our account very quickly back then.

About the current suspension, we have no idea what we did. We did not share anything but NFT related posts and were very careful about mass follows/unfollows. Our team read twitter rules and violations multiple times. We did not use the “monkey emoji” ever again. Twitter support is currently not responding to the emails.

Ticket number for the case: 0249304949
Account username: @minerapepool

Please help us to unsuspend our account,
Miner Ape Pool Team
