Twitter summary card is not working properly

I have included all the tags on my webpage but the twitter summary card does not seem to work

What is wrong here. These are the tags I have included

What exactly is the problem you are seeing? I don’t really know what you mean…

Try visiting the webpage and click on tweet button. In the tweet box you won’t see the summary card but just regular tweet.

The Tweet Box is not supposed to show the Card.

Sorry, it is working. I was afraid that once I tweet it many times twitter mark it as spam.
