Twitter summary card and validator shows image but not on tweet

Description of issue:
Image not showing up on tweet when posted on twitter. Have read meta tag documentation and have all tags including twitter:image tag and twttter:card with content set to “summary”. When clicking on “share on twitter” at the bottom of the page on https://blocktrumpswarcabinet.com/

I’ve just posted a link to the site on a test account and the image appears so I assume this was a temporary caching issue.
