Twitter Status lookup doesn't return all the requested tweets

Hi, If i do a status lookup (map is set to false) for 100 tweets, at times i get results only for (say) 97 tweets. Note the missing tweets are not deleted . On second lookup i am able to get the missing tweets. Is there a fluctuating behavior from twitter Api during lookup request for status ids.

This could be a question of eventual consistency between out data centers and backends, potentially. If the Tweets have not been deleted and you’re not blocked from seeing them in some other way, then that’s the most likely answer here.
