In regards to SMS commands : https://support.twitter.com/articles/14020
Twitter messages ignore certain special characters when trying to analyse SMS commands.
For example if you type ‘m [name] + message’ you will send a private message however this also happens when you type m. [name] + message or m, [name] + message.
This is quite troublesome as we have had clients try and put names as the start of their messages when posting to twitter. I.e M. Jordan which will break as @jordan does not follow said client.
