I just got a twitter and I tweeted about 10 times but it isn’t counting them and still stays at 0. Can you help me please
I am facing similar issue, my twitter count is showing 0, despite sharing the url so many times.
And when the count is coming on some pages & the same url shared from different location, the count is not coming out to be same.
Please suggest some solution.

I am having a problem with the counter not counting. I have no idea what I could be doing wrong, but my counter stays at 0, even though I have twittered it for a couple of times, it still appear zero. My button code is as follows:

One thing to check is that you should be setting both data-url and data-counturl when using a wrapped link like the bit.ly you’re using. Set a data-counturl=“http://www.igxe.com/ad/2013-free-giveaway/index-affi-7591.html” and see how that helps you.
Please help on this. Twitter count is not displaying count only on the Share link.
Already added tw:true and tw:counturl with http on it.
Can’t figure out what the exact problem is.

OH, Every one has same problem “twitter button doesn’t count” it always display 0.

I am trying to be able to share articles using the twitter tweet button on my love and relationship site called getlusty.com. To view all articles, you must logon first. The twitter counter never increments past zero. I have tweeted links several times so the counter should increment.
When I use curl I get a 302 Found. Is this good enough for twitter or do you think the 302 response is messing things up?

Is there any solution using that we can add # in tweet share count url ?

I also had issue with dynamical Tweet button, counter was not counting, and allways at zero. After adding data-counturl=“https://example-link-to-tweet” to link tag problem was fixed… Hope this will help someone also!
Using this button the share counter should be incrementing to one URL, but it is only actually adding to the count of the link that it resolves to (that is used for the data-url). On our side we make sure that URLs crawled by Twitterbot don’t forward to the data-url link, so things should be tracking fine.
Any thoughts as to why the data-counturl isn’t working as expected?
