While I understood search operators are limited based on what Twitter plans. you’re in. But for the sake of manual testing the query, I was trying direct search on twitter. com with enterprise operators

Unfortunately it seems not all twitter operator works. I would like to understand are operators from enterprise plan are accessible only from the API but not directly on twitter.com.

And these are all the available Web Search operators that i know of: GitHub - igorbrigadir/twitter-advanced-search: Advanced Search for Twitter. there is some overlap but they are different systems and have different operators entirely
