I tried with @zoho , #costeffective keywords tweet result , It will load upto 20 Apr 2017 01:50 AM in IST time. Both results stops in this time. Older tweets 19,18 th not coming. Any problem in twitter search result? Please clarify this.

One more issue since_id always coming as “0”.
Note: You can reproduce this issue by checking it in twitter api console by providing above keyword.
