Hi @v1coolstuff - If you would like to search for Tweet counts with a specific url, I would recommend the premium Search API /counts endpoint using the url: operator.
This will give you specifically what you need rather than an adhoc text search using the standard search api with the general query operator q which may not look at the expanded url.
