"Twitter Profile > Mobile Phone" not working

I try to add my Mobile Number to my Twitter Account.

• +43680 is not allowed (its a bigger Austrian Network Provider)
• +43699 is allowed, the SMS is receiving (with bad Characters) but after entering the Verification Code it says “Mobile cant be verified at the Moment”. Tried it with several Numbers, no luck

the Support Request Form at https://support.twitter.com/forms/feature_report?feature=profile isn’t working
after entering a few characters in the problem description Field there comes a red Message at the Top “Click here for help with your SignIn Problems” and from then the Submit-Button is disabled

A Mail to support@twitter.com returns with “this Address will not be monitored”

A post to the Twitter Facebook page is refused, because posting is not allowed

HEEEEELLLLLLOOOOOO TWITTER? IS THERE ANYBODY? I JUST WANT TO ADD AN APP TO MY DEV-ACCOUNT

EDIT: after i removed the disabled attribute of the Send-Button the Form was sent now. It seems only Persons with technical Skills (changing the DOM) are allowed to Post Support Requests.

A Support Ticket #28510509 was created 1 Week ago, no reply.
Many others have similar Problems with their Mobile Verification.
Its a shame that a Company of that Size isn’t able to handle such Issues within an acceptable Time Frame.

The Carrier +43680 is allowed now. But Settings Page says, that the Code is wrong that have been sent as SMS
