Twitter Product Card request approval is greyed out, says missing

#1

I’m trying to get Twitter Product Cards approved for teacollection.com. The validator either returns fields are green and passing validation, but the “Request approval” button is greyed out. Or the validator returns “Required meta tag missing” for twitter:description and twitter:title even when this present in the view source.

Any ideas what’s going on here?

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to https://dev.twitter.com/docs/cards/validation/validator
  2. Select card type of Product
  3. Click Validate & Apply
  4. Enter URL http://www.teacollection.com/product/4f12357/girls-leggings-dessau-stripe-legging.html#poppy
  5. Click Go

Error displays saying “www.teacollection.com not approved” and “Request Approval” button is greyed out. OR validator returns “Required meta tag missing” for twitter:description and twitter:title even when this present in the view source.

Here is the view source code snippet showing that twitter:description and twitter:title are present.

If you look at the source code of http://www.teacollection.com/product/4f12357/girls-leggings-dessau-stripe-legging.html, both twitter:description and twitter:title are empty:

Hi @PRdotC,

When I view source of the URL in Chrome above, the title and description are missing content values.

However, some of your other pages do have values for title and description.
