I am using twitter premium API for 30 days and full archive endpoints in Sandbox env. But both the endpoint is not working for a specific user handle(@WNBA, The official Twitter account of the Women NBA). Though I am able to fetch the replies using premium API and tweets for this handle using standard search API. And most importantly I am not facing any issue with Premium API while fetching other user handles tweets.
Can anyone please advise me whats could be the reason for this? Thanks in advance. Its really important
Not working how - giving errors or no results? How are you making the calls (what library / coding language)? what’s the exact query and parameters you’re using?
@IgorBrigadir Thanks for replying. Not working as in I am not getting any tweets(but tweets exists for this user) and my code executes! without any errors. I don’t get any errors for any other account. I am attaching my screen shot for your reference
