Twitter player card working everywhere, except on mobile

I followed the doc to create a music player card for this URL:

• It works on Twitter Card Validator https://cards-dev.twitter.com/validator
• The URL is succesfully whitelisted for music player
• It works when displaying my profile on desktop computer / Chrome browser: https://twitter.com/JosephErnest

Problem: the player is not visible when seeing my profile with my Android mobile phone app

I’m interested in root cause of this as I have the same issue.

Twitter card shows inline and plays from user timeline via web browser but shows as a URL link on mobile devices and does not play

Description of issue: We have an HTML page which successfully passed the twitter validator tests. It contains the proper twitter player tags which link to our player and file media in question. When posted as a tweet, the twitter card/media shows up properly in line from the browser and also plays as expected. Do you have a tweet with a faulty card ?
I have the same issue because embedded audio was in mp4 but not exactly the good format, I didtched it (because mp4 issues) with ogg and mp3 for legacy
