Twitter Player Card Issues on Different Platforms

I can’t seem to figure out why the Twitter Player Card displays so unreliably on different platforms.

1. Desktop Twitter - Displays successfully a preview and the player

2. Mobile Twitter - Displays a preview but directs to website

3. Native Twitter iOS app - Does not display a preview, only the link to the web player. I can’t seem to figure out why it’s not generating a preview.

Overcast.fm’s player behaves the same way though Soundcloud displays pretty consistently across platforms.

My gut is telling me we are missing meta tags, though I can’t seem to figure out what ones.

Any help would be appreciated.
