Twitter picks bottom half of one specific picture to show inline when for all other pictures it chooses roughly the center part. Why?

I have two identical pictures 800px by 800px. Im going to call then Picture A & Picture B. When I post picture A, twitter does what it normally does and it displays roughly the middle part of that picture inline on the timeline. Fine, but then when I post picture B it chooses to post the lower half of the picture inline. I have tested with 600px by 600px and it does the same thing.
