Twitter not responding the last few days

Hi I have noticed that the twitter API is completely silent/not responding lately (as of May 27th). A simple authentication with OAuth (Williams’ php library, edited to reflet the changes) returns "NULL Could not connect to Twitter. Refresh the page or try again later."
I wonder if there’s some furhter change in the API that I am not aware of, or if it’s just a temporary issue that eveybody is experiencing.
Thanks for your help and advice in case it’s only me experiencing this.

I have the same problem, I can connect from my server to the API. In localhost i don’t have any problem, but with my server i can’t :S What happened?

well I tried to add a reply here but it didn’t work, so let me try again. I have contacted the support because I think the server is blacklisted. We spent months trying to figure out, to no avail. Twitter says it’s not, the host of the shared server says it is, and there’s not much I can do more. If you’re experiencing the same problem you may have been blacklisted. Just my opinion…
