Twitter Metrics - Media View Rate and Metric/Order Qty/Sales Amount

What is the calculation for Media View Rate? Also, what is the difference between site visits “metric”, site visit “order quantity” and site visit “sales amount”?

The Media View Rate = media_views / impressions

Site Visit Order Quantity = The number of items purchased (based on the conversion_objective)
Site Visit Sales Amount = The dollar value of the items
