How often are you calling the endpoint.
As mentioned on the other thread, that account receives a very high volume of mentions so I can imagine that this kind of error may occur if the servers are struggling to keep up. A 503 is temporary and suggests that you should retry at a later time. Your other thread implies that this is intermittent, as you’re able to get mentions sometimes but not at others.
