My app basically uses Twitter oauth to sign in user. The problem is that my app requires the user to sign in to twitter again rather than use his already logged in twitter account.How can I achieve this?

If you’re on iOS you could use the Social framework to do this, or on iOS and Android you could use TwitterKit in Fabric. Either way, generally the user will need to separately authenticate access to their account for your app, so this is the expected behaviour.
