This sounds like a latency issue. When a link is first shared and has not been manually validated there can sometimes be a short time before a card is rendered as the crawler has to “discover” the content and fetch the headers to create the card.
If you wanted to fix it manually, it would be tedious, but you can always run your URLs in the validator directly.
