Hello,

I’m having trouble getting my thumbnail image to load. I validated this link:

I ensured that the image is <1MB. Also, I’ve added a robots.txt file, but that doesn’t solve the problem.

This is the tag:

Any suggestions? Thanks.

Hi John, I ran the URL through the validator to clear our cache and it looks to be rendering correctly now. If you are still having an issue though, please let me know.
