Twitter followers/list.json is showing my followers not the targeted

curl --get '' --data 'amp%3Binclude_user_entities=false&amp%3Bscreen_name=twitterdev&amp%3Bskip_status=true&cursor=-1' --header 'Authorization: OAuth oauth_consumer_key="***********", oauth_nonce="********", oauth_signature="******", oauth_signature_method="HMAC-SHA1", oauth_timestamp="1445364618", oauth_token="*********", oauth_version="1.0"' --verbose

Strange - I just tried the following:

twurl "/1.1/followers/list.json?include_user_entities=false&screen_name=twitterdev&skip_status=true&cursor=-1"

seems to correctly return followers of @TwitterDev.

This is what I get with my oauth consumer key and all others same screen_name same url

I have pasted part of the response.
{“users”:[{“id”:24501851,“id_str”:“24501851”,“name”:“Taylan Bilal”,“screen_name”:“taylanbil”,“location”:“Seattle, WA”,“description”:“Butun kutsal degerlere gicigim. Dropping logic bombs & counterexamples.”,“url”:null,“entities”:************************************************,“next_cursor”:1385432348662241070,“next_cursor_str”:“1385432348662241070”,“previous_cursor”:0,“previous_cursor_str”:“0”}

I was having a similar problem. When I go to and use the OAuth signature generator to generate the curl query, there seems to be an error in the parsing of the ampersand symbols. I manually fixed the ampersand issue and ran the query again, and it seems to work.
