Twitter failing to retrieve image

The following page won’t validate for me, giving “ERROR: URL returned a 404 (og:image)”

As far as I can tell though, there is nothing wrong with the image being used.

Actually, the card isn’t pulling any of the customized Title/Description that I created with the Wordpress SEO plugin (#Yoast)

I had exactly the same error, turned out the image was too small… twitter cards expects 160x160 but og expects 200x200px. Once I made the og image the right size it passed the validation.
