Twitter embed widget webpart became too broad

In a SharePoint 2013 website Twitter widget webpart has become broad and doesn’t fit into page layout column like before. It broadens the layout’s column. The change happened couple of days ago, then the problem disappeared, but now it’s again there.

Is your Sharepoint setting a X-UA-Compatible header for IE 8 or lower? The widgets are designed for IE 9+.

Our setting is meta http-equiv=“X-UA-Compatible” content=“IE=10” /

Only thing I know that it suddenly became wider although nothing was done in the environment. How to get back to the “narrow mode”?
