My issue is weird.
Whenever I post an article from my blog on Twitter, the feature image is shown as a preview. However, when I add the link of the website “https://intellectiveidiot.com”, no preview is shown.
I have already added the logo image in the site identity (wordpress) and I would like it to be shown as a preview.
Please help me out.

Your root domain page does not have any twitter:image or og:image tag that I can see.
Thank you Andy for your response.
Can you please share how can I add those tags in my root domain page?
It looks like a WordPress site, so you could try using our official WordPress plugin; look for another another one that might work for you; or edit the template. It’s not obvious to me how you are managing your site.
Hello Andy,
I am using Wordpress to manage my website. I try to limit my usage of plugins for my website due to performance issues. Can you suggest me ways to add the tags to my website manually?
Thanks!
I’d suggest taking a look at the WordPress documentation - I haven’t done a lot of customisation work with that platform lately. Alternatively they also do have some pretty friendly forums where people may be able to walk through the current steps.
Hey Andy,
So I just installed the plugin that you shared in my wordpress site. Cleared all the cache but still the twitter cards aren’t showing the logo of my website as a preview. The issue is strange.
This only happens when I share the main website

When I share a specific post/page, then the image is shown.

This is bizarre. Please help me out.
