Thank you very much for your answer. The problem is that when I click on the button App it doesn’t ask me to complete the use case description. The message is Application Under Review. But for other countries it asked me to complete the use case before. But not for STEF_Italy and I don’t know why.

It sounds like you have applied with STEF_Italy already, hence the Application Under Review messaging and the visibility of the App link.

Please be patient with the process. It could take upwards of a month to be approved.

I’m not sure what you mean by other countries.
