I have made an application for developer account 6 months ago but the email sent by twitter team went into my junk folder for which reason i couldn’t reply but after a very helpful member of twitter, @LeBraat send me the email again and i reply to that email about a week ago but i am still waiting for the response.
Please help me.

Are you sure you didn’t receive a follow up email? I did have a chat with the agent and they said that they would reopen your application. It would be worth a quick check of your spam folder.
