I have a question, I have 4 accounts (for some client), each with a generated app. In operation 6 years ago, with the same use all, send and receive direct messages via api (rest).
For the four, ask for access in the new developer portal. Indicating that the use will remain the same (processing of direct messages), now taking advantage of the new features in real time (Account Activity API).
But in 3 of them they rejected it to me, saying that it is not a valid “use case”. Being that generating chatboots is allowed, why did not they approve me? How do I reapply for access?
