I’ve created a Developer Account and explicitly indicated that I’ll use APIs only for let users login on my e-commerce site. I’ve also written that no government entity or public sector is involved but I received an email which says that I said that more documentation is needed.
If you reply to the email stating the information you just wrote, they should be able to help you get your developer account set up quicker.
