Twitter Developer Account still under review after months

We’ve been waiting for about a month now. There’s been no feedback except an email 12 hours ago saying “Action required: you must request continued elevated POST access”. Do we have some kind of guarantee that this will be reviewed by the 17th of October deadline? Ideally, sooner would be better in case we need to make changes. We’ve got millions of authed for our app so if we don’t get the rate limit it’ll die almost immediately.

I’m a bit confused if our Developer account has been accepted or if the “Application under review” is regarding post limit increases. Does the “Action required: you must request continued elevated POST access” send out if we’ve already applied for escalated POST limits? I can see my two apps under https://developer.twitter.com/en/apps but https://developer.twitter.com/apply takes me to https://developer.twitter.com/en/review

Okay, I see the email from twitter support about having multiple apps. I misread that and thought that I just needed to clear them out. Turns out I need to reply too. My bad.

We’ve got two apps - one for production and one for test/staging/development. We do that so we don’t have to share our production app secrets with everyone on the development team. For reference, is this use case allowed?

Thanks for that. Our twitter developer account has been accepted so that’s great news.

I also submitted our Elevated POST Limits shortly before doing that so hopefully they don’t get mixed up. Any idea on the timeframe/process of Elevated POST limit support tickets? Our case is #95775922.
