Hi,

We are software agency that builds enterprise level content management systems for our customers. Since our customers wants to be able to share their contents on Twitter through their CMSs, we needed a Twitter app that can send Tweets (like push notifications) to Twitter using Twitter API with content sent from our CMSs.

After 1 day from application, our application is rejected with no reasons given.

Our customers are constantly asking for when they can use their CMSs for sharing their contents. Our workflow is lagging behind and we can’t explain them is not up to us because we don’t even know why we are rejected.

We desperately need to get a developer account asap. We tried to response the application response mail but got auto response mail says you will not receive any response and should refer this forum.

How can we reach the developer accounts team to learn the reasons for rejection and find out how can we eliminate those problems.

Case: # 0205388860

Thanks in advance.

If you are just building a Tweet button, there is no need for a developer account.

All of our developer applications are reviewed to ensure compliance with Twitter policy. While we can’t comment on specific cases, applications may be rejected if they are found to be in violation of any section of the Developer Agreement and Policy, Automation Rules, Display Requirements, and/or the Twitter Rules.

Additional information on restricted uses of Twitter APIs is available here.

There currently isn’t a way to edit a rejected application, or to re-apply, however stay informed for product updates/changes.

There are several existing topics on the matter. I’m going to close this one as it is a duplicate.
