Twitter Developer Account awaiting approval since 20 March 2018


Good day.

We applied for developer access for account @ad_bluerobot on March 20, 2018. We received a couple of automated emails, but nothing else.

Upon sending a mail this morning we received the following notification:

You tried to update a case that has been closed.

Can I request that we please escalate this request?

The two emails we received were:

  • “Verify your Twitter Developer Account” at Tue, Mar 20, 2018 at 10:22 AM
  • “Twitter developer account application [ref:00DA0000000K0A8.5004A00001Mo4KB:ref]” at Tue, Mar 20, 2018 at 10:44 AM

Unfortunately none of the Ticket categories apply directly to the problem we’re experiencing.

Our application is under review for developer access for an extended period of time now:

But there are no options here to escalate the review process, or anything directly related to applications under review for developer access:

We also logged a ticket back when we started the process, but it was closed without providing us with further instruction.
