We applied for developer access for account @ad_bluerobot on March 20, 2018. We received a couple of automated emails, but nothing else.
Upon sending a mail this morning we received the following notification:
You tried to update a case that has been closed.
Can I request that we please escalate this request?
The two emails we received were:
