Twitter developer account approval

Hello,
I tried to applying for a developer account, it’s allot of time under review.
I don’t received any email from twitter, my applying is from greater than month.
Can i cancel current applying and re apply again, or resend applying request ?
Any help please.

I’m seeing we sent you an email requesting more details on your use-case but we didn’t hear back from you. The case was closed because there was no reply.
