Twitter developer account application has been approved! (or has it?)

I received an email today saying I have been approved for premium access! woo!

However when I click the link in the email which it says “Sign in to your developer account to get started.” it leads me to the you’re on the waitlist page

My twitter account that it is connected to is the same email as this.
I believe it is the same I only have one account.
