Twitter developer account application (almost three months and still no answer)



I made my submission to access the beta Account API on February 21 and so far I have had no response (positive or negative). I really need to use a webhook to consume Direct Messages in real time. Is there anything I can do to shorten the time in this process or try a reconsideration?
