Twitter:creator and twitter:site not showing up on summary_large_image card

I’m including the following meta tags on my blog:

  <meta name="twitter:site" content="@centro" />
  <meta name="twitter:creator" content="@stringbot" />

However, when I preview the card in the validator or share a link in my timeline, these values no longer appear. As of last week they were working properly. Any ideas?

Those tags are primarily used for analytics around the cards (I believe) - if the values are not showing up in the Cards at the moment, it could well be part of an experiment we might be running to test different variations of Card designs.

Thanks for the reply. If those tags are indeed used primarily for analytics, I’ll take this opportunity to cast a vote for the version that shares author and publisher information in the Card design (see image below).
